The shipping is made through international couriers. Shipping costs are based on volume and weight of the product and the country it is being delivered to.

Doctor Shop entrusts its shipping to the following couriers:
  • DHL Express
  • Ups
Shipping costs
Shipping costs depend on volume and weight of the products. Customers can verify shipping costs during order progress.

Before signing the shipping document in courier’s presence:
  • Check if the number of the packages corresponds to the number written on the shipping document or on the delivery note;
  • Check the address;
  • Check if the packages are not damaged.
If one of these anomalies occurs, please affix his own note for non-conformity on the delivery note and specify the type of anomaly.

Otherwise you can refuse the delivery. If you want to return the item, please write the reason of the refusal on the delivery note (for example: wrong address, damage).

If you haven’t noticed any anomaly in courier’s presence
All claims for damages must be received within 3 days of good receipt. It is necessary to ask for the authorization to return (number RMA) of any item to Doctor Shop’s customer care office. A fax or an e-mail will be enough.

The costumer will have to send the authorization to Doctor Shop by delivery acknowledgement. The delivery acknowledgement must contain the following information:
  • Shipping data: shipping document, document date, product code;
  • Package description at the time of delivery and description of the damage.
Doctor Shop will communicate to the customer the authorization to return after checking the damage. Then it will be carried out the delivery of the replaced goods. No anomaly will be accepted after 3 days of good receipt.
