terms of payment
It is possible to choose the terms of payment:
1. Credit card
It is based on three principles:
- The separation between the commercial area (where goods or services are proposed to customers and in which they firstly carry out and secondly send their order) and the payment area (where private information of each customer are exchanged);
- Both the merchant and the customer can use the system without installing any software component on their own computer;
- The use of standard protocols during the dialogue with the clients: http/https through SSL (128 bit).
It is possible to pay by Visa and Mastercard. We only accept payment in Euro.
If the customer decides to buy he will have access to a safe server (authorized by Verisign) which is in Cim-Italia. The server shows the costumer a screen in which it is published the name of the seller and the amount of the transaction. At this point if the costumer intends to pay by credit card, he can introduce the data which are conveyed to Cim-Italia immediately. We use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online. Cim-Italia uses these data in order to ask for the authorization to the payment. The payment is made on bank circuits.
2. Transfer in advance
As soon as we receive the payment confirmation, we’ll send you the goods.
Doctor Shop’s bank data (essential for the transfer in advance) are included in the e-mail that each customer receives after the registration.
The goods will be delivered after full payment is received.
Important: Doctor Shop reserves the right to call the costumer or ask for a detailed documentation in order to verify the data. Doctor Shop reserves also the right to accept or refuse the order and to carry it out after data examination.
3. Paypal
Paypal is the best solution to send and receive money on line without sharing your own bank data. You need just an e-mail address.
Your bank data, in fact, will be managed by Paypal directly. The system is sure and free.
