Buy on Doctor Shop, is very easy!
A few steps to order:
1. Create a profile – Registration
You need to create a profile before starting the shopping.
The registration is personal, even though is made on behalf of a company or an organization. If you specify the company name, tax data refer to the latter. These data can be modified every time you make a purchase.
Data are collected according to Italian regulations which adopt the European one concerning Privacy.

2. Login
If the registration turns out well you will see a massage of welcome (Welcome Dr) in the area "My Doctor Shop" (high, on the right side of the site).
Every time you want to make a purchase, please, log in with the e-mail and password you put during the registration into the field My Doctor Shop.
3. Select the products and put them into the cart
After the log in:
- Visit the catalogue of Doctor Shop
- Pick out the products you want to buy
- Select the required amount
- Insert the selected products into the cart by the icon "add to cart"
If you want to verify the products you have just put into the cart, select the icon " Cart" of My Doctor Shop (high on the right).
Once you have chosen the products you want to buy, click on the button Go on.
If you don’t find the products you are looking for, use the black box for the Research, high on the right. Write a keyword, a brief description of the product (for example Pulse Oximeter) or its code and click "search". It’s also possible to select the products according to the medical specialty.
4. Confirm shipping address
As soon as you finalize the cart, you will able to verify shipping and billing address. Once you have finished, please click on Go on.
5. Confirm billing address and select the terms of payment
At this point you have the possibility to verify/modify billing address and choose the terms of payment you prefer:
- Credit card
- Pay pal
- Wire transfer in advance

Once you have chosen the terms of payment, click on Go on.
6. Confirm the order
At this point you can review the cart. If you confirm the order, selecting the button Buy, it will be sent to Doctor Shop immediately.
In a few seconds you will receive an e-mail at the e-mail address of your profile which confirms you the registration and the order. The order will be encoded with a 5 digit number.
